Family-owned and beautifully designed, Americano is a contemporary Italian steakhouse known for its warm ambiance and refined culinary offerings.

Our team was brought in one year after opening to help increase revenue, decrease expenses, optimize labor, and recruit a new executive chef. We conducted a custom Food & Beverage (F&B) consulting project, working closely with ownership, management, and the on-site team to develop a tailored scope of work that aligned with their goals. In addition to addressing the immediate challenges, we introduced new revenue outlets and provided comprehensive team training to empower the staff and ensure sustainable progress.
