Owned by Astoria West, this project is situated in a vibrant, developing neighborhood and serves as a culinary hub for the community.

Our team was involved from conception to build-out, creating a full-service dining option designed to serve as both an amenity for the expansive residential complex and a destination for the surrounding neighborhood. We provided comprehensive Food & Beverage (F&B) Development and Operations to bring the vision to life. We activated a coffee shop, grab-and-go market, full-service restaurant & bar, event and meeting space, as well as take-out & delivery services, offering a variety of high-quality dining experiences tailored to the needs of residents and visitors alike.
